Do you offer a free trial?: No, we don't offer a free trial. We work with each customer individually to design a custom solution based on your specific requirements.
How is pricing determined?: Pricing is based on your number of cameras, required features, and complexity of your setup. Contact us for a personalized quote tailored to your needs.
How long does installation take?: Setup takes 2-3 days after you confirm your order with the prebooking amount. Our team handles complete installation and integration with your existing NVR/DVR.
Can I cancel my subscription?: Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and receive a pro-rata refund for unused subscription time. The edge device was custom-provisioned for your setup and cannot be returned.
Where is my data stored?: We only store snapshots (not full videos) in your own Amazon S3 or Google Drive account. You maintain complete ownership and control of your data.
